Aspire have shared details of an impact study with us. The participants in the study were Youth Voice Ambassadors – Summer, Jack, and Emily.
Overview
The Youth Voice Ambassadors programme partnered with Aspire Workplace to explore how the platform supports neurodivergent young people as they transition into and thrive within the workplace. Participants engaged with Aspire over several weeks, using its tools for organisation, wellbeing, and self-management. The session captured powerful personal accounts of how Aspire has positively impacted their ability to manage work, communication, and confidence.
Building Confidence and Reducing Overwhelm
Before using Aspire, participants described struggling with managing tasks, remembering deadlines, and coping with the pressures of balancing work and wellbeing. Aspire’s integrated tools—particularly the priority management, wellbeing tracking, and self-esteem sections—helped them regain control.

Neurodivergent Strengths
Aspire’s neurodivergent-friendly design was frequently cited as a breakthrough feature. The clear visuals, structured task tools, and emotional awareness exercises created a working environment where participants could focus on their strengths instead of their struggles.
“The stress management and emotional regulation tools helped me notice patterns. It’s not just about managing time—it’s about managing myself.”
Jack
Promoting Workplace Wellbeing and Inclusion
All participants highlighted how Aspire encouraged open conversations about mental health and wellbeing—often for the first time in a professional context.
“It normalised looking after your mental health at work. I could talk about stress without feeling like I was failing.”

Expanding Access and Equity
Participants also identified the potential for Aspire to reach even more users through greater accessibility options—such as alternative colour modes, alt text, and faith-based wellbeing support.
Their feedback underlined the platform’s dual impact: it helps individuals thrive while also informing wider inclusive design practices.
